Want to Return an item? 

Your item must be in the 30 day window from when the order was placed to the present date for a refund to be issued. Try to outline whether the product wasn't the right fit for you, not what you expeceted, faulty, or whether you suspect damage in shippment. This feedback is a gift and helps address any future issues as a small business to keep on improving.

Return Payments?

Once having received your item/s I will process your payment return as quickly as possible. However, it can take up to 10 days from the date, I received your return, and up to 20 days during my busy Christmas and Sale periods.

*Return payouts will be made back into the original payment method used for placing the order. If this is not possible please see T&C*

If you have any questions about the status of your return, please complete this form.  I aim to respond to all email queries within 48 hours, but this can take longer when we are experiencing busy Christmas and Sale periods.

How to post a return?

I hope your happy with your order, however if it's not a match made in heaven or faulty don't worry just send it back to me within the 30 days and, providing it's in its original condition, we will gladly refund it for you or at the customers choice the possibility to exchange the item *exchanges subject to stock availability*. I do not accept returns on personalised items, unless they are faulty. Please view my T&C's if this happens. 

After completing an online return form, I will email you regarding whether you can proceed with a return in this email will be two attachments 1) a returns slip to place inside with the item 2) a Royal Mail pre-paid postage label to place on your original packaging.
*You will need a printer for these*

Depending on these size of the return item will determine on how you will post your return. 
- If an item can fit into a Royal Mail postbox or parcel box and you do not want a proof of postage certificate, you can opt for this. 
- If an item is too large for post boxes please take this to your nearest Post Office or Royal Mail delivery Office

- If you wish to receive a proof of postage certificate you will need to take your item into a Post Office or Royal Mail delivery Office  (External Hyperlinks) and request this free service, I recommend obtaining this for your records until all refunds are complete.  

*Return postage is covered by ERQD.*

Before returning any item/s to us, we do ask that they are in the same condition that you received them, with tags still attached. Please take reasonable care to ensure that item/s are returned safely and are not damaged in transit and include the original packaging and protective wrapping where possible.

Faulty Returns
If an item is listed as faulty on the form I will request photos of the item in question. It will then be decided whether the customer is to return the item following the same procedure above or to dispose of the item at their own discretion. 

Need a new returns note? 

As long as you are within the 30 day return window as stated in ERQD's Terms and conditions, please just fill in another return form and explain the situation. I will resend the postage labels and return slip.

Gift Returns?

We all know you can't get it right sometimes! So if Aunty got it wrong this year just fill out this form and tell us the order number  and we can offer a refund via the original payment method once the item is received. (ERQD recommends you let the original bill payer know this is  happening.) 

Once ERQD has received the item and been addressed what item the product is to be exchanged with *subject to availability* this will be dispatched. 

Stockist Returns?

Regrettably if you have bought an ERQD product through another retailer not direct on ERQD Etsy's or Sum Up Store pages,  please contact the retailer to see what their policy is on returns & exchanges.
