1) For Website orders please look from your order confirmation email date to our Royal Mail service timeline.
2) For Etsy please check your order dispatch email. (The item is now with Royal Mail/ chosen courier etc.)

All orders will be dispatched at the latest one business working day from receiving the order.

Unfortunately, I am unable to change an order once it has been placed, as stated in my Terms and Conditions. The reason for this, is because of the fast dispatch service I provide, your item may already be with the courier to the destination on the order.
Please ensure before you proceed to payment that you have double checked the delivery address on your order to the correct address.
Please note that some devices automatically complete these details when using Apple Pay, Paypal or Amazon Pay and possibly other payment providers to avoid disappointment please edit your delivery details to the correct destination.

Please be aware I do not recommend involving a third party courier to receive your items to your final destination when placing an order through both my Website & Etsy shop & I can not take any responsibility for parcels that are sent with this method.
If you choose to use a third party carrier to distribute your items to you please know you do so at your own risk and I am unable to assist with any delivery issues such as damaged or missing items as I am unable to determine where along the transit process this issue occurred and the contract of sale is to the address provided on the order receipt.
